Changes:

• charging now slows you down to a minimum speed instead of stopping you completely
  • you can now also move forwards and backwards at a heavily reduced rate during charging
• added a sound when an asteroid is destroyed
• particle changes:
  • added warp charging particles
  • tweaked warp jump particles
  • asteroid destruction particles now originate from where the ship jumps to, instead of from the center of the asteroid
